Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and participate in ongoing training.
• Comfort with virtual training and online scoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Become a certified Rater and complete onboarding training.
• Participate in mandatory annual recertification and refresher training.
• Rate Casper responses by reading applicant text/video responses and assigning scores.
• Provide feedback to improve Casper test, platforms, and content.
