Placements24 is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Remote AI Ethics and Governance Specialist to join its globally distributed team. You will establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI development and deployment across the organization.

As a remote team member, you will collaborate asynchronously with diverse groups, provide training on AI ethics and compliance, monitor regulatory landscapes, and advise on transparency, fairness, and data privacy in AI

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Ethics, Law, Public Policy, CS, or related field.
• 3-5 years in AI ethics, responsible AI, data governance, or tech policy.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and ethical implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex ethics concepts.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
