RWR Health is offering a fully remote Nurse Practitioner role focused on ADHD assessment and treatment for adults, based in New Zealand. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence‑based treatment plans within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
As part of this role, you will receive comprehensive specialist ADHD training, mentorship, and opportunities to shape the service while enjoying a flexible work‑from‑home arrangement across New Zealand.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
- Current Annual Practising Certificate.
- Minimum two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong assessment and clinical decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing ability.
- Confidence working autonomously.
- Compassionate and patient‑centred approach.
- Confidence using telehealth and digital healthcare platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive adult ADHD assessments.
- Prepare high‑quality clinical assessment reports.
- Develop evidence‑based treatment recommendations.
- Provide compassionate feedback and education to patients.
- Collaborate with Psychiatrists and multidisciplinary clinicians.
- Refer complex presentations when appropriate.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement.
- Contribute to ongoing development of the service.
