BestStart Waihi is looking for NZ-registered Reliever Teachers to provide flexible, high-quality care and education in Waihi and surrounding communities. You will join a welcoming team, stepping into the centre to support tamariki and fellow staff when permanent teachers are away.

Relievers enjoy flexible shifts, with opportunities to move into permanent roles or leadership pathways, and to gain local teaching experience across BestStart Waihi and nearby centres.

Qualificações

• NZ ECE or Primary teaching qualification (BEd/Grad Dip – Level 7 or higher).
• Current NZ Teacher Registration (Provisional or Full).
• NZQA endorsement (if applicable for overseas qualifications).
• Valid work eligibility in New Zealand.
• References – current and most recent managers.

About the Role:

As a Reliever Teacher, you will step confidently into our centre, working alongside an experienced and welcoming team. Your role includes:

What You Need
