About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga
The Release Manager works closely with complex projects to advise, plan, and coordinate deployment and transition activities across release cycles. You will also mentor and guide team members, demonstrating leadership in release and environment work as needed.
Salary range: $139,346 - $169,396 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The final salary will reflect individual skills and experience.

About you | Mōhou Ake
To succeed, you should have:
- Relevant ITIL qualification
- 5+ years experience in large, complex technology organizations, preferably in the public sector, with high-level scheduling and coordination skills
- Advanced knowledge of release and deployment methodologies, practices, and controls
- Good understanding of release, change, and environment management technologies and methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining good relationships with customers and partners
- Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to work under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC and best practice standards
- Ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining accuracy in detail
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to work outside normal hours
- Adherence to Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct
