What you can do for us:
Working remotely, as a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with car dealerships in Christchurch and the wider areas. Your primary objective will be to cultivate strong relationships, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing them with tailored financial solutions to support their sales initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Understand the financial needs and goals of dealerships and provide appropriate financial solutions.
Actively promote and sell our range of financial products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of financial transactions.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to dealerships, including addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare and deliver presentations to dealerships, showcasing our financial products and services.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
You will need to:
Love both the finance and the motor vehicle industry.
Have previous experience in relationship management. Motor vehicle industry is a bonus but we will happily train you if this is a new skill. We’re about growing our people too!
Be an amazing communicator and relationship builder.
Have a solutions-focused approach when working with customers.
Be able to source new business and have the flexibility to travel.
Be hands-on. You are the first point of contact for your customers, so if you think a Relationship Manager can be successful from behind a desk, then you’re not for us.
