This permanent full-time position supports rehabilitation with a patient-centred, evidence-based approach, working with a close-knit interdisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with other nurses, physiotherapists and family members to plan and deliver rehabilitation, aiming to optimise patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the team and patients.
• Active participation in service quality initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate in dynamic rehabilitation teams within the service.
• Work with nurses and physiotherapists to plan and provide rehabilitation.
• Be based at Puāwai with possible work in OPH Rehab as required.
• Focus on rehabilitation and achieving patient goals with families.
