Job summary

Community Health Network in Hamilton, IN is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. The OR RN will circulate and scrub on a variety of cases, collaborating with the care team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Applicants must meet licensure requirements, hold a nursing degree, and have 2+ years of circulating experience. Adherence to AORN guidelines is expected.

Qualifications

• The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) will possess strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Will demonstrate ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task.
• Will be able to take direction well but also be self directed and motivated.
• Will possess a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness.
• Graduate of NLN, ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Must have at least 2 years+ experience circulating.
