Job summary

The Grange Lifecare Ltd – Mosgiel, Otago, is seeking a registered nurse to join our RN team in a part-time capacity. You will work on a 3 on, 3 off rotating roster, covering all shifts to deliver high-quality care across respite, palliative, hospital and rest home residents.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current APC.
• Experience in aged care preferred.

The Grange Lifecare is one of New Zealand’s most new and purpose built privately owned residential village for older adults. You will be a key member of our RN team. We have a part-time position available in our Care facility, working on a 3 on; 3 off rotating roster; Monday to Sunday covering all shifts. Delivering high quality care to Respite, Palliative, Hospital and Rest home residents.

Essential Skills we are looking for to thrive in our fast-paced environment you will:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of health & safety requirements, identifying and managing risk and enabling a safety conscious culture.
• Place high focus on ensuring compliance, policies and procedures are met to the highest standard of accreditation.
• Be a Registered Nurse with a current APC.
• Build and maintain great relationships with our residents and their whanau, visitors, contractors and our wider team.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Have outstanding communication skills and a reliable, friendly, professional manner.
