Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Team to provide hospital-level care in patients' homes and communities.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, deliver complex nursing care, manage IV therapy and wound care, administer medications, and escalate when needed. The role requires NZ Nursing Council registration, current APC, and a valid NZ driver’s license. You will collaborate with a broad health team.

Formación

• Registration with the NZ Nursing Council is required.
• A current Annual Practising Certificate is mandatory.
• A full, clean New Zealand Driver's Licence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive patient assessment and clinical monitoring.
• Delivery of complex nursing care in community/home settings.
• IV therapy and vascular access management.
• Wound care and management of complex wounds.
• Medication administration and patient education.
• Early recognition and escalation of clinical deterioration.
• Care coordination with medical, allied health, and community providers.
