About the Role

You will have a desire to provide excellent nursing care to patients in our High Dependency Unit. This is a dynamic, fast paced environment where you will be part of a highly supportive and skilled team that provides care to a diverse adult patient group from the Te Manawa Taki region. You will have at least 3 years' recent acute nursing experience in a hospital environment and will be committed to providing quality patient centred care.

About the Team

The Critical Care Department comprises of a 28 bedded unit - 12 beds in HDU and 16 beds in ICU. We provide care for patients within the Te Manawa Taki region. The unit provides an excellent opportunity to work in a progressive environment with the latest technology. We are at the centre of a regional referral network across the middle of the North Island. The nursing, medical teams and allied health teams are supportive, dynamic and flexible, working together to provide quality care to all patients within the Midland region.
