Job summary

Colwyn House Lifecare in Hastings, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. Permanent FT (32+ hours) with AM/PM/night/weekend shifts.

Lead a caring team, develop care plans, perform assessments, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and GPs. The ideal candidate will hold a current APC, have NZ or international RN experience, and demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad.
• Hold a current APC.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine love for helping people, with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Have a good team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others.
• A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of health and safety procedures.
