Job summary

HealthCare NZ in Dunedin seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high quality community nursing services across the wider Dunedin region. You will utilise your clinical judgement to assess needs and provide hands-on care in clients' homes.

The role requires NZ practising certificate and a valid NZ driver’s license; you will work Monday to Friday with no shift work, in a supportive, inclusive team environment where personal development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification and NZ practising certificate.
• NZ Resident or work permit is required.
• Willingness to drive within the Dunedin region.

You will live in the Dunedin region.You will utilise your nursing knowledge, assessment skills and professional judgement to provide community based clinical support, education and advocacy. Our clients have a wide variety of support needs - you may find yourself working alongside a person who is recovering from an injury, completing hands on nursing tasks (such as wound, catheter and medication management), right through to people who require long term support to remain safe and well in their own home.
