Our well-established early learning centre is seeking a highly motivated early childhood certificated kaiako to join our teaching team.

Kaiako will need to have:

  • New Zealand B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 ECE qualification
  • Current NZ teacher registration/certification
  • New Zealand citizenship or resident visa
  • Positivity and patience
  • A current first aid certificate
  • Sense of humour and playfulness – to enjoy finding the joy alongside our children and within your team
  • A strong commitment to the use of te reo and tikanga Māori
  • Confidence in computer literacy and the documentation of both children\'s learning, and your own registration/professional growth cycle
  • The ability to work set shifts over a 35-hour working week: Monday to Friday
  • Kaiako in final year of training welcome to apply
  • Flexibility in starting date for the right candidate.
