Qualified and registered ECE teacher – permanent position

We are a well-established family owned and operated preschool with core values of Whanaungatanga, Mānakitanga and Ako. Our Kaiako share a positive team culture who are supportive, dynamic and fun.

We enjoy our natural playground and connecting with our whānau and community through excursions and events.

We are looking for a wonderful Kaiako to work in our Prepschool (age 3-5) or Preschool (age 2-3) room.

The successful applicant will have:

  • The ability to work 35-40 hours per week over five days (there may be some flexibility in hours for the right Kaiako)
  • Have a current practising certificate from the New Zealand Teaching Council or be in training / about to graduate
  • The ability to plan and document children’s learning
  • Have great communication skills and a sense of fun
  • A passion for sustainability - we are part of the Enviroschools programme
