Job summary

Future Focus Limited is seeking a qualified ECE kaiako for a new Tauranga centre. This full-time relieving role covers annual leave with the potential for a permanent contract in the near future.

The ideal candidate will have Te Whāriki knowledge and be confident building relationships with tamariki and whanau within the community, contributing to a warm, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practice of Te Whāriki early learning framework.
• Experience engaging with tamariki and their whānau.
• Valid working visa and NZ working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, inclusive ECE learning programme in Tauranga.
• Relieve for annual leave with potential to transition to a permanent contract.

We are looking for a qualified ECE kaiako for a new center in Tauranga. This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered NZ ECE teacher to be part of a close knit team, warm and inclusive learning environment. This is a relieving role covering annual leave for a period of time, with the possibility of a permanent contract in the near future.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Te Whariki, and be confident in building relationships with tamariki and whanau within the community.

Flexible start date and hours. Candidate must have:

• Valid working visa and working rights to work in NZ
• Recognized Level 7 (or higher) Early childhood Education qualification approved by teaching council
• Current New Zealand Teachers registration and practicing certificate
