Oranga Tamariki-Ministry for Children seeks an experienced Supervisor to lead a team of social workers in Ashburton. You will oversee practice, coordinate regional projects and collaborate with iwi, public and non-government partners to deliver whānau-centred outcomes.

The role requires SWRB registration, a current Practising Certificate, a full driver’s licence, and a proactive, culturally aware leadership style focused on tamariki wellbeing and manaakitanga.

Qualifications

• Full registration with NZ Social Workers Registration Board (SWRB) and a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Experience leading and supervising social work teams.
• A full, clean driver’s licence is essential.
