T&G Global Limited in Nelson is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality across the Nelson region, working with our own operations and a network of independent packhouses to ensure fruit meets customer and market standards.

You will own the regional quality programme, monitor quality data, develop and embed SOPs, and lead a small team of permanent and seasonal QA staff doing hands-on checks. This role blends field oversight with data-driven improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience leading quality programs in manufacturing or primary production.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build relationships with packhouses and teams.
• Knowledge of quality systems and audit requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality across the Nelson region and adjacent packhouses, ensuring standards are met.
• Monitor quality data, trends and KPI performance; implement improvements.
• Develop, embed and maintain SOPs to improve consistency and right-first-time outcomes.
• Lead and develop a small team of permanent and seasonal QA staff.
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions with clear decisions.
• Collaborate with Post-Harvest and Quality & Technical teams to protect customer outcomes.
