Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing school leaders.
• Proven ability to work with diverse groups of principals.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of education priorities and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support school principals to address leadership challenges.
• Deliver face-to-face and remote advisory through clusters and seminars.
• Collaborate with a Director of Education and national leadership network.
