Seeka Limited in Kerikeri is seeking a dynamic Regional Orchard Manager to lead, inspire and drive performance across our orchard portfolio. You will shape orchard strategy, mentor Orchard Managers and deliver strong production, profitability and fruit quality for Seeka and our growers.

You’ll bridge field operations and strategic growth, ensuring orchards perform at peak and on the balance sheet. This senior role rewards leadership, data-driven decisions, safety, and sustainable practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in orchard, horticultural or primary industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate orchard performance into business results.
• Proven people leadership and development skills with focus on safety, learning and accountability.
• Excellent data and reporting capability with Microsoft Office and orchard software.
