Job summary

OneSchool Global is seeking a Regional Infrastructure Delivery Project Coordinator to support the capital works programme across New Zealand and Argentina. Based at the Regional Support Office in Onehunga, you will coordinate a portfolio of capital works projects, provide contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of capital works projects.

Regional Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Are you an experienced contracts or project professional within the construction industry looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to a significant capital works programme?

OneSchool Global is seeking a Regional Infrastructure Delivery Project Coordinator to support the delivery of capital works projects across New Zealand and Argentina.

About the Role

Reporting to the Infrastructure Delivery & Facilities Management team, you will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital works projects across the region.

Working across approximately 12 concurrent projects at various stages of delivery and a robust pipeline within the programme, you will provide project coordination, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational standards.

Based at our Regional Support Office in Onehunga, the role requires regular travel throughout New Zealand and occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of capital works projects.
• Support project managers and stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

What You'll Bring

• Experience coordinating construction, infrastructure, facilities, or capital works projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Building or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Strong project coordination and contract administration experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Practical construction or project delivery experience.
• Experience with project management systems such as Premier or similar platforms.

About You

• Based in New Zealand and able to travel regularly.
• Minimum five years' relevant project or construction experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of New Zealand construction regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Valid New Zealand working rights.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment police vetting check.
• Able to provide two professional references.
