The Administration Services team is a multi-skilled team providing a broad range of business support functions to the broader South Island sites of Oranga Tamariki
Reporting to the Manager, Administration Services (Southern), this role is one of 9 administrators with shared responsibility for the group's functions. Collectively the team has responsibility for travel, FBT, fleet management, student placements, caregiver debts, child support, casual workers management and coordination, timesheet processing, site support, CYRAS queue requests and more.
Experience in trouble shooting and the ability to think of changes and their wider impact would be an advantage along with the ability to think of new creative ways of working. This is an opportunity to ensure the changes offer improvements and efficiencies in the team as a whole.
