Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Certified Reflexologist and Holistic Wellness Practitioner to join a holistic wellness center in Queenstown on a part-time basis. You will provide expert reflexology sessions, assess clients, and collaborate on treatment plans to support overall well-being.

The ideal candidate has professional reflexology certification, at least two years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a serene, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Professional certification from a recognized reflexology training institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Certified Reflexologist.
• Thorough understanding of foot and hand reflexology points and their corresponding body areas.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to reflexology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage client schedules.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Experience or certification in complementary holistic therapies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer professional reflexology treatments based on client needs and health assessments.
• Conduct initial consultations to understand client health goals, medical history, and areas of concern.
• Develop personalized reflexology and holistic wellness plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment sessions and progress.
• Ensure the treatment space is calm, clean, and conducive to relaxation and healing.
• Adhere strictly to professional ethics, hygiene standards, and the wellness center's policies.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in reflexology and holistic health.
• Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and self-care practices.
• Manage appointment scheduling and communicate effectively with clients.
• Collaborate with other practitioners within the wellness center to offer integrated care in Queenstown.
