Efficiency Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced boiler maker to fabricate, assemble and install boilers, tanks and pressure vessels. You will read blueprints and technical drawings, perform welding and cutting, and ensure compliance with OHSA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, technical drawings and schematics to fabricate components.
• Assemble boilers, tanks and other vessels using welding and cutting equipment.
• Inspect and maintain boilers and pressure vessels for safe operation.
• Repair leaks and damage; perform descaling to prevent corrosion.
• Follow OHSA safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Weld with TIG, MIG or arc methods; operate plasma cutters and grinders.
• Diagnose issues and collaborate with engineers to resolve them.
• Prepare materials and ensure proper alignment before welding or assembly.
• Install boilers, tanks and vessels on site and connect piping systems.
