What You’ll Do


  • Own the talent process – source, engage and shortlist great candidates for roles assigned to you, working closely with your colleagues to deliver outstanding results for clients. We’re a collaborative team, so be ready to work with others to get the best possible outcomes for those who place their trust in us.

  • Maximise talent potential – proactively connect strong candidates with other opportunities across our network.

  • Deliver excellence – provide a seamless, professional experience for every candidate and client you work with. Communication, speed, and attention to detail are key.

  • Be part of the team – support colleagues, contribute to a collaborative environment, and help make sure we’re all delivering at our best.

  • Add real value – support client engagement, contribute to our marketing efforts, and represent Scitex in relevant industry networks.

  • Keep things organised – maintain accurate records in our ATS (JobAdder), support office operations, and assist the leadership team when needed.


What Success Looks Like


  • Master Scitex systems, tools and processes — becoming a go-to expert in talent search and engagement (pending your background).

  • Deliver fast, thorough and accurate recruitment processes that impress clients and candidates alike.

  • Create advocates for Scitex through every interaction — because people remember how you made them feel.

  • Think ahead, move quickly, and always look for ways to add more value.


Who We’re Looking For

This role could suit you if you have:



  • Minimum 3 years experience, in either:

    • A Technical Recruitment or Staffing environment, or

    • A background in or exposure to Engineering, Industrial, Trades or Manufacturing – plus a desire to transfer these skills into something new.


  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken; the ability to engage and influence people at all levels, in person, over the phone, email or via video content.

  • Strong digital skillsets: the ability to pick up new tools and work them out.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to move at pace, with accuracy. Bring strong drive to succeed.

  • An interest in working in a Sales oriented environment, later in your career, is an advantage.

  • A keen interest in working with & helping other people; a desire to help engineer better Mondays.
