The Role:
  • Partner with Clients: Take detailed job briefs, advertise roles, and build lasting relationships.
  • Recruitment Excellence: Source, screen, shortlist, interview, place, and manage candidates.

  • Drive Business Growth: Engage in business development and account management.

  • Master the Tools of the Trade: Use advanced recruitment software (FastTrack 360 and OnBoarded) to streamline your processes.
