Job summary

Farmers Support Office in Auckland is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our energetic team. You will attract, source, select and manage talent to meet recruitment needs across the region.

You’ll need to be quick-thinking, personable and proficient in process and relationship building with HR and Operations teams. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role in a dynamic environment with relocation to Pitt Street planned by 2027.

Qualifications

• Solid in-house or agency recruitment experience.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Autonomous and proactive with ability to grow talent portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for your region.
• Partner with Store Management to support recruitment needs.
• Source talent through direct search, social networks, job boards and advertising.
• Manage communications with candidates to deliver a first-class experience.
• Liaise with Regional HR Management to identify talent for hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and report on progress and priorities.
• Cultivate effective stakeholder relationships.

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our fun-filled, high energy team at Farmers Support Office in Auckland. You'll be attracting, sourcing, selecting and managing our future talent, delivering on key recruitment needs as efficiently as possible.

You will be a quick thinker, have a dynamic personality and a flair for great process and relationship building with key members of the HR and Operations Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire recruitment and selection process for your region.
• Working in partnership with the Store Management teams to support their recruitment needs.
• Sourcing talent through various channels including direct search and selection, social and career networks, job board searches and advertising.
• Managing all communication with potential talent, providing a first class candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Liaising closely with our Regional HR Management team to identify talent and strategise hard to fill roles.
• Maintaining a recruitment tracker and providing regular updates on recruitment process and priorities.
• Managing effective stakeholder relationships.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Solid in-house or agency recruitment experience
• Experience managing high volume recruitment and beauty knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Super organised, able to prioritise and manage workload effectively with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Flexible and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
• To be an autonomous and highly motivated self-starter with the ability to think outside the box to grow your talent portfolio
