A leading community-focused organization in Christchurch is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to enhance recruitment strategies and build strong relationships with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment experience, confidence with technology and data, and a collaborative approach. This role is on a 13-month fixed-term contract with a focus on improving overall recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
Hato Hone St John has been serving New Zealanders and working to save lives since 1885. As well as providing Ambulance Services, our programmes and team of over 11,000 staff and volunteers are helping to build strong, resilient communities across the motu; supporting everyone in Aotearoa to live healthier, happier and longer lives.
We’re looking for someone to join us on a 13-month fixed-term contract who’s confident applying best-practice recruitment and selection techniques, including psychometric assessments, and who’s comfortable working across a range of systems.
This isn’t just a delivery role – we’re after someone who brings fresh thinking, can confidently challenge the status quo, and is always looking for opportunities to enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
