Ryman Healthcare in Christchurch NZ is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join a fast-paced, supportive recruitment team. You’ll support our team, candidates and hiring managers, while gaining exposure to the full recruitment process.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role based at Russley Road. You’ll coordinate job advertising, manage recruitment inboxes, be a first point of contact for queries, perform pre-employment checks and support projects that improve how we work.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or reception roles with strong attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
• Bright, proactive and curious with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job advertising and bring opportunities to market.
• Manage recruitment inboxes and respond to queries with timely support.
• Be a first point of contact for recruitment queries and guide users through the process.
• Carry out quality checks on pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives to improve processes.
• Support Ryman Careers social media content, events and employer brand activity.
• Provide day-to-day administration support to keep the recruitment team moving.
