We're looking for an experienced, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our practice.

Hours:

• Monday: 7:45am - 5:15pm
• Tuesday: 7:45am - 5:15pm
• Thursday: 7:45am - 5:15pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous dental, healthcare, or administration experience (preferred)
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a team-first mindset
• The ability to build rapport with patients from all walks of life and help them feel comfortable and cared for
• NZ Residents currently residing in Auckland CBD or surrounding suburbs, with the ability to conveniently commute to St Heliers
• The ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
