Job Description

At Summerset, we’re proud to create welcoming, vibrant communities where residents feel truly at home. As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in bringing that vision to life. You’ll be the friendly face that greets residents, families, and staff each day—someone who is positive and approachable with a can-do attitude to every interaction.

Your day to day will include:

• Providing outstanding front-desk service to residents, their families, visitors, and staff
• Offering timely and efficient administrative and management support to both the Village and Care Centre teams
• Maintaining accurate document control and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

We’re looking for two part-time Receptionists to cover shifts across the following days:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

The hours available will be a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 36 hours per week. Ideally you will be able to work one weekend day between 9:00am - 3:00pm.

You’ll also bring:

• A strong background in customer service and administration
• Ideally experience supporting a management team with day-to-day operations
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
• Clear and confident communication skills across diverse groups
