We’re looking for a capable and organised Administrator to support a busy team delivering essential services in the mental health and wellbeing space.

About the Role

This short-term assignment is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can hit the ground running. You’ll provide general office support, manage data and documentation, respond to enquiries, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and answering phones professionally
  • Managing records and client files
  • Processing referrals and appointment scheduling

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in administration (health sector experience a plus)
  • Great communication and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
  • A helpful, flexible attitude and ability to work independently
  • Highly advantageous: A current Children’s Worker Ministry of Justice Check.
