Job summary

The Boundary in Auckland seeks a Real-Time Artist to help bring large-scale exterior digital twins to life in Unreal Engine. You will transform architectural and geospatial data into immersive, real-time environments, balancing aesthetics with technical performance.

You will contribute to masterplans and destinations, delivering imagery, films and interactive experiences while collaborating with design and technical teams in an office-based role with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Real-Time Experience with Unreal Engine and real-time rendering concepts.
• 3D production skills including modelling, materials, UVs and asset prep.
• Architectural Visualisation and world-building experience is highly valuable.
• Strong sense of scale, composition, lighting and atmosphere in exterior projects.
• Curiosity about complex scenes and efficient problem solving.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across creative and technical teams.

• Digital Twin Creation: turn source data into accurate, real-time environments.
• Pipeline & Project Execution: deliver projects on time and within budget.
