Job summary

Harcourts is expanding its real estate presence across South Canterbury, including Temuka, Timaru, Geraldine, Waimate and Oamaru. We are seeking New and Existing Real Estate Salespeople to join our offices and benefit from strong training, guidance, technology and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• A current REA Licence (Harcourts can assist with this if you haven’t)
• The ability to build and sustain relationships both internally and externally
• Outstanding communication skills

• Passion to provide customers with reliable, trustworthy and personable service.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• High levels of self-motivation and self-drive with attention to detail
• Ability to close effectively and a track record in sales
• A current NZ driver’s license and a well-groomed reliable car
