Qualifications

About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Reactive Dispatcher role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to administer all electricity service requests received from Omexom clients through to job closure and billing, making a real impact.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with crews, supervisors, and clients.
  • Monitor fault response times and dispatch field resources efficiently.
  • Communicate fault restoration updates to clients and ensure accurate data capture.
  • Maintain rosters and support field staff with Level 1 IT issues related to electronic mobility.
  • Escalate unresolved IT problems and liaise with Business Applications Specialist for field mobility support.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of improvement opportunities with internal and external clients.
  • Understanding of KPIs, operational, and quality processes.
  • Experience in rotational rosters and problem-solving.
  • Background in the electricity industry, call center, or dispatch.
  • Customer service and computer literacy.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills.
