Job summary

Nexus Agoge Recruitment in Christchurch is seeking an experienced warehouse picker to join a busy, fast-paced team. Roles include picking orders with reach or forklift, and preparing items for dispatch on a Monday–Friday roster with day and night shifts.

You must hold a current reach or forklift OSH certificate, be accurate with paperwork, and be comfortable using warehouse management systems. The job offers immediate start and a collaborative, safety‑minded work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Reach or forklift OSH certificate with proven operator experience.
• Confident working with numbers and paperwork; accuracy and eye for detail are key.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling up to 20 kg.
• Reliable, trustworthy and keen to be part of a team.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test & clear criminal history.
• Be living in New Zealand and have a legal right to work here.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders from the warehouse using reach or forklift ready for dispatch and stock putaways.
• Preparing also checking stock paperwork. Accuracy and attention to detail really important!
• Using great manual handling technique to lift product up to 20 kg; H&S is a priority in this team!
