What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and produce cake and pastry samples daily.
  • Develop and test new recipes, including product prototypes and taste refinements.
  • Conduct baking experiments and sensory evaluations to ensure product quality.
  • Decorate finished products and support product improvements to match customer trends.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and assist with other R&D tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Pastry & Baking, Culinary Arts, Food Science, Food Technology, or other food-related fields
