A well-established contractor in New Zealand seeks a junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to manage post-contract activities on projects valued between $20M and $100M+.   • Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Support claims and variations processes as required.

With a strong reputation in the industry and a healthy pipeline of projects secured well into 2026, they’re gearing up for a busy and exciting period of growth. There is now an opportunity for a top end junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, you could have the flexibility to choose your base location.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in the post-contract phase of projects, managing delivery through to final accounts. While you’ll be expected to work independently, you’ll have the support of senior team members when required. Projects range from commercial to industrial builds, typically valued between $20M and $100M+, providing great variety and technical challenges.

Responsibilities
