Job summary

Ant Technology Limited (AntBank) is seeking a Software Tester to ensure its software platforms, payment systems and integrations are reliable, secure and production-ready. The role focuses on card issuance, digital wallet, payments, databases, APIs, settlement and reconciliation tests.

You will design test plans, execute functional, integration, system, regression and user-acceptance tests across web, mobile and backend applications, and track defects to resolution before releases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test data based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Test web-based, mobile and backend applications.
• Identify, document and track software defects through to resolution.
• Retest corrected defects and conduct regression testing before production releases.
• Verify that delivered software meets approved business and technical requirements.
• Test physical and virtual card issuance workflows.
• Test card activation, suspension, freeze/unfreeze, replacement and cancellation.
• Test transaction authorisation, decline and reversal scenarios.

The Software Tester is responsible for testing AntBank's software platforms, payment systems and integrations to ensure they are reliable, secure, accurate and ready for production use.

Ant Technology Limited (AntBank) is developing digital financial technology products including the AntBank Digital Wallet, AntBank Card, NZDR Stablecoin and Gift Card Merchant Network.

The role will have a particular focus on testing card issuance, digital wallet, payment transactions, databases, APIs, settlement and reconciliation, as well as identifying software defects and security or data-integrity issues before release.

Key Responsibilities Software & Functional Testing
