Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to train operators and drive food safety improvements in Mt Maunganui, New Zealand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food safety systems and at least 3–5 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing. This 12-month project offers a unique opportunity to impact company culture while enjoying a work-life balance with a 4 on / 4 off roster.

Qualifications
