Are you safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact on the manufacturing floor?
We’re looking for a hands-on Quality, Health and Safety Assistant to support our operations by promoting a culture of safety, quality, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll work closely with the Site Manager, Quality Manager and production teams to ensure all health, safety, and quality protocols are followed—and help keep our workplace safe, compliant, and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in conducting routine safety and quality inspections across the factory floor
• Support incident investigations, risk assessments, and reporting of near-misses and hazards
• Help maintain and update HSE and quality management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards
• Support supplier audits, internal audits and external compliance inspections
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training
• Help drive continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and workplace safety
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting metrics for QHS performance

What You Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (ideal but not essential)
• A genuine interest in health & safety and quality control
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Working knowledge of QHS standards (or a willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with ISO standards or lean manufacturing principles is a plus
