Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Quality Improvement Leader for our Hamilton team to drive quality, food safety, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. You will lead two Quality Leaders, partner with manufacturing, and deliver measurable improvements to quality and efficiency.

You will coach and develop the quality team, maintain QMS, and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions across the site.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
• Experience in quality leadership within manufacturing, packaging, chemical, FMCG, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or willingness to achieve certification within 12 months.
• Experience leading quality improvement projects.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives across Hamilton operations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
• Coach, support, and develop team capability.
• Maintain quality management systems aligned with regulatory, ISO, and company requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and Kaizen projects.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to improve quality performance and reduce waste, spoilage, and blocked stock.
• Support successful new product introductions.
• Act as the voice of the customer and support complaint resolution activities.
