Quality Assurance Officer - 6-Month Maternity Cover

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain production documentation, including daily CCP record checks.
• Conduct sampling and monitoring programs, working with internal teams and third-party laboratories.
• Maintain and develop quality systems (SQM, RMP, FCP, HACCP, Forms, SOPs, SAP).
• Assist with customer/export/import documentation, including Edec checks.
• Manage ingredient and final product release, ensuring compliance with all quality standards.
• Communicate effectively across departments to support production, logistics, and planning teams.

What You Will Bring

• Proven Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing or a related industry.
• 2+ years' hands-on QA experience, with progression from junior to intermediate responsibilities.
• Knowledge of quality systems (SQM, RMP, SAP, FCP, HACCP).
• Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping, and clear communication skills.
