As part of a global food production leader and trusted partner to leading retailers, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards – every time.

This role is Fixed term for 12 months.

What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the QA strategy and ensure all systems, audits, and food safety practices are world-class. You’ll be hands-on in:

Developing and implementing the site’s Quality and Food Safety strategy

Leading and mentoring the QA team to deliver high performance

Driving continuous improvement based on audit and performance data

Partnering with site leadership to foster a quality-first culture

Managing site audits, including regulatory and customer visits

Collaborating with suppliers and external stakeholders to maintain standards

Ensuring adherence to customer specifications and regulatory requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
5+ years’ experience in Quality Management (FMCG or Meat industry preferred)
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
A deep understanding of food safety systems, audits, and regulatory compliance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
A natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing others
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Adaptability and resilience in a constantly evolving environment
