Job summary

Tiny Tots Preschool in Christchurch is seeking a passionate, qualified ECE teacher with current registration to nurture tamariki across age groups. You will contribute to planning, assessment, and reflective practice in a warm, culturally rich environment that values identity, belonging, and growth.

We celebrate Te Whāriki and bicultural curriculum delivery, with ongoing mentoring, professional development, and planning time.

Qualifications

• A qualified ECE teacher with current teacher registration.
• Experience working with young children across age groups.
• Excellent communication skills to build strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues.
• A collaborative team player who contributes to planning, assessment, and reflective practice.
• A sound understanding of Te Whāriki and the ability to deliver a bicultural curriculum.
• A growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional learning.
