We are seeking a wonderful teacher to join our warm friendly team. The hours for this position are 9am-3:30pm. There could be the option to job share, with two teachers working 2-3 days each per week, or for one teacher working 5 days.

We are a small, family owned and operated Childcare centre in Grey Lynn, offering quality care and education for children 6 months-5 years old in a mixed age setting with a license for 26 children.

We pride ourselves in generating a warm homely atmosphere, centered around the strong relationships we foster with our children and their parents and whanau.

Applicants should:

1. Be passionate about supporting the learning and development of children between 6 months and 5 years old.
2. Be driven to further their growth as a teacher.
3. Be enthusiastic about creating a fun, engaging, and stimulating environment.
4. Be reliable and trustworthy, with good time management skills.
5. Have some experience working in early childhood education in New Zealand.
