About the centre

Little Explorers Early Learning Centre has been operating for 7+ years in Rukuhia. We are a boutique centre, licensed for 40 children. We have two separate learning rooms; our preschool (25 children max) and our infants & toddlers (15 children max). We are in a beautiful and unique repurposed building at 3 Rukuhia Road, Rukuhia, Hamilton. Rukuhia is a smidge out of town on State Highway 3 on the way to Te Awamutu. We are privately owned and operated, and are now looking for a new teacher to fill a vacancy.

Requirements

• Qualification with current New Zealand registration
• Current first aid certificate
• Ability to work well in a team, share ideas and enthusiasm, show initiative, reflect on practice and commit to continual learning and growth
• Flexibility to work between 7am–6pm, 40 hours per week; set shifts with some flexibility to support the needs of the team
• Not an Accredited Employer; you will need a relevant work visa in place
