Nada Bakery in Wellington is seeking a Full-Time Qualified Baker to join an award-winning team. Working Sunday through Thursday, you will help maintain high standards across our entire product range while benefiting from a stable, family-run environment.

We offer a supportive culture, 40+ guaranteed hours per week, and a roster that provides work-life balance with Fridays off periodically, plus lunch provided on each shift.

Qualificações

• Relevant trade qualification in baking or pastry arts.
• Proven experience in a commercial or retail bakery setting.
• Strong time management and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team.

Responsabilidades

• Breads & sourdoughs: mix, shape, ferment and bake artisanal breads.
• Pastry & savouries: craft scratch pastries and pies.
• Cakes & patisserie: produce patisserie items and sweet treats.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Qualified Baker who takes genuine pride in their craft. Working Sunday through Thursday, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers know and love across our entire product range.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Breads & Sourdoughs: Confident in traditional mixing, shaping, fermenting, and baking high-quality artisanal breads and sourdoughs.
• Pastry & Savouries: Skilled in crafting scratch pastries and our renowned range of pies.
• Cakes & Patisserie: Experience in producing patisserie items, cakes, and sweet treats.
• Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:
