  • Champion food safety, chairing the Food Safety Team and leading internal/external audits.
  • Investigate and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Drive quality performance by developing robust reporting systems and refining quality control processes.
  • Promote environmental sustainability, implementing the Pact Safe programme and supporting our sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop SOPs and process documentation that support safety and operational excellence.

  • Strong skills in hazard identification, risk management, and incident investigation.
  • Proven leadership experience with a people-first approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
