A leading metals distributor in Auckland seeks a customer-focused individual to manage inquiries and provide accurate quotes. You will liaise with customers and internal teams, ensuring a high standard of service and efficient order management. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, sales, and reading construction drawings. This is a full-time role, offering flexible hours and opportunities for development.

Manage customer enquiries, create and follow up on quotes, read construction/building consent drawings, and use building estimate software. Liaise with customers, colleagues, and suppliers while supporting sales and operations to deliver accurate, timely solutions and a strong customer experience.
